Q: How can I get funding?
A: Unfortunately there is no easy answer to this much-asked question! Please see Funding training visits and Funding research to start, search the web, get listed on relevant newsletters, and just keep trying!

Q: Who answers the questions sent to the Helpdesk?
A: Depending on the type of question, many people have helped answer questions. Some that help frequently are shown on the Helpdesk Team page

Q: How can I get training in molecular markers?
A: Check the Funding Training Visits page, as well as the Generation Challenge Program which funds both fellowships and occasional training courses. Find out if your government or institute funds training visits and if so, ask an institute you know does molecular work if they can train you. Keep an eye out for courses being offered, and apply - early. Meanwhile, download or request a CD of the Marker Modules.
