How to find a specific journal article:
Try Google: http://www.google.com/.
If you type in the whole title, it should come right up. You may only
be able to see the abstract if you don't have a subscription to that particular
journal. Often you can purchase just that article. Using Google
Scholar may narrow your search results.
If you know the journal it was published in, go to their website. Either
do a search for the title or author, or look at the "Archives"
if you know when it was published. Sometimes articles older than one year
are available for free, or you can purchase just a particular article.
Some of the most common journals are listed at the right.
If you don't know the title or authors, or are just looking for articles
on a topic or by an author, try the PubMed database at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/
Another excellent search site is the ISI
Web of Knowledge but it requires a subscription
